by | Apr 23, 2021 | Aspen Pest Control

Introducing the Aspen Pest Control Home Protection Plan, where we dedicate ourselves to providing you pest extermination services that are trusted, local, and guaranteed!

If you’re reading this, then it’s probably safe to say that you’ve had this or a similar experience: You’re going about your normal day to day business, when suddenly, you see it. Maybe it’s a mouse scurrying across your kitchen. Perhaps it’s a colony of ants roaming around your guest bathroom. Or maybe it’s a hornet’s nest hanging from your patio roof, posing a threat to anyone who comes within a few feet of it.

Point being, your day just went from average to frantic, because you know that if you don’t deal with this as soon as possible, then odds are things are going to get a whole lot worse, and, like you usually do, you already have a full schedule! But what do you do? Where do you start?

This is precisely why Aspen Pest Control exists. We’re here to help all our clients in the Gresham area with their rodent, insect, and nuisance pest control needs.

Introducing the Home Protection Plan

One thing that we’ve learned in our years as an extermination service that we pass along to all of our clients, is that pests tend to emerge and cause a nuisance all throughout the year. You might have mice one month and ants hatching the next. It’s an experience that can become overwhelming.

Because of this, we created what we call the Aspen Pest Control Home Protection Plan. It’s a year-round, quarterly service designed to keep your home pest-free, and your life stress-free. Over 90% of our clients choose this option for their pest control needs. Here’s why.

Why choose the Home Protection Plan?

The timing just makes sense

Approximately every 90 days, expert pest control technicians from the Aspen team will visit your home at a time that is convenient for you in order to treat the exterior of your home for pests, and at no additional cost to you, we’ll treat the interior of your home for any trouble areas, as well. Each season throughout the year presents new pest issues, so with a quarterly maintenance we can keep your home pest free year round.

Quarterly pest control is convenient and hassle-free

How do we make this process convenient for you? We always send out reminders two business days before service, so there’s no surprises and, if needed, you can schedule a time that works best for you and your family. If no treatment is needed inside, the exterior service does not require you to even be home while we do our work. If you’re not home or prefer no-contact service, we can email a detailed service report outlining everything that was done on your home that day.

We guarantee our services!

If you  notice a reemergence of pests between scheduled quarterly treatments, we’ll address the issue right away! That’s right, we’ll provide you unlimited retreatments, free of charge, if your pest issue should reappear. We believe in thorough, effective work, so that’s precisely what we provide for you.

How does the Home Protection Plan work?

Once you give us a call, we’ll send a technician to your home to listen to your concerns, provide a thorough examination of your home (exterior and interior, if you choose to have the latter inspected, too), and then offer you a recommended treatment plan.

This is a no-hassle exchange. If you choose to move forward with the treatment plan, then we’ll provide you the best pest control treatment possible. If you don’t, then all we ask is that you keep us in mind when you do need expert services.

When we’re inspecting your home for pest control issues, we strive to leave no stone unturned, and as a standard minimum, we’ll examine your home’s foundation barrier, your doors and windows, the eaves, flower beds and mulched areas of your yard, overgrown vegetation and woodpiles, and any areas on your property that might hold standing water or contain elements that are attractive to nuisance pests.

One thing to be aware of? It’s often the case that certain pests attract others. For instance, spiders and other predatory insects like wasps and hornets will gather in areas where standing water and other elements exist that attract smaller insects that they like to feed on. Treating those pests can help us mitigate others further up the food chain.

When inspecting the interior of your home, we’ll pay special attention to areas that are warm, moist, or would provide pests with access to food and water, like kitchen or pantry areas.

We’ll also want to take a look at areas like basements, crawl spaces, attics, or cluttered storage areas that certain pests find attractive. Spiders, for example, love the safety of a cluttered attic because these low traffic areas provide the perfect space for them to lay eggs and spin webs. We’re not cleaning or decluttering experts, but we can confidently tell you that the tidier and more frequented these areas are, the less appealing they will be to certain nuisance pests.

Additional benefits of quarterly pest control

  • We provide competitive pricing options that are reasonable today, and sustainable long-term
  • We take an eco-friendly approach. Our pest control treatment methods are kid- and pet-safe
  • Our Home Protection Plan features pest control for rodents and insects
  • We’ll remove all wasp and hornet nests (up to the second story) and all spider webs
  • We go where others don’t! We’ll provide you a thorough crawl space inspection and a full interior treatment of your home at no extra charge to you

The bottom line: Quarterly pest control gives you peace of mind

You deserve to have one less thing to worry about. Pest control can be unwieldy. The need for it can be frequent and the treatment often requires equipment, experience, and time that few lay people have. If you’re concerned about pests in or around your home, then give us a call. We’d be proud to rid your home of pests, so you can focus your time and energy on the things that matter most!
